Saturday Detox and Tone workshops in Holborn

A beautiful combo of Ballet-tone ∧ pure Stretch - Ideal to discover Ballet Tone or just get a top-up of toning goodness at the week-end. As always, no experience is necessary and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome.

This session aims to condition the body using Ballet movements, it sculpts, lengthens and improves flexibility as well as being an incredibly efficient at improving posture and balance. The stretch section will be relaxing and detoxing.

Wear comfortable clothing, socks or ballet shoes.

What to wear

Simply come wearing comfortable work-out gear. For footwear, just socks or soft ballet shoes. You're likely to work a sweat so all venues have showers and spacious changing rooms!
